Night drink
Went for a run. 1.22 miles in 12 minutes. 18 ish ounces if green (ok it's actually red) juice + a banana.
Dinner...?
Whole wheat pita with tomato & basil hummus dip
Lunch...?
Yogurtland
Fruit
Apple and banana
Breakfast
Sprouted flourless while wheat berry bread with pb (i forgot to buy cereal :( )
Morning drink
30 ish ounces if green juice
