Got these as a sample from Dane Cook at the Greek. Hungry but too much work to prepare something. Ingredients: potato flour, sunflower oil, wheat starch, tomato puree, spinach powder, salt, sugar, turmeric

Trader Joe's soy peach yogurt with dried cranberries, almonds and cashews
Morning juice
30 ish ounces of green juice
Breakfast
Kashi Go Lean Crunch with Blue Diamond almond milk
